Digital file

If you opted for only the digital file when ordering, you will receive it by email as soon as you have assessed and approved the result. If you would like to have something adjusted during the assessment opportunity, we will be happy to do that for you. After this is done, the digital file will be emailed to you. The file comes in JPEG and PNG

Shipping abroad

We can also ship our dog and cat paintings abroad. Do you want to receive your artwork in another country? During checkout you can easily indicate in which country you want to receive your order. Is your country not listed or do you have questions? Please feel free to contact us. Shipping costs abroad are as follows:

What if I'm not at home?

Our pet paintings are delivered by our transport partner DHL. After you receive an email from us notifying you that your photo product has been shipped, your order will be delivered within approximately 2 business days.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, there are two options:

The DHL driver left a 'Not at home message'. You can make an appointment for a new delivery using the information in this message.
The DHL driver has left a message that your package has been delivered to your neighbors.

Return the painting

Our portraits are tailor-made for you based on your uploaded photo and your choices in our ordering tool and therefore the right of withdrawal on our products is excluded. You can of course return the product if you are not satisfied with the quality, if the product is damaged and/or if parts are missing. Comments or complaints about the product after receipt must be reported to us within 3 working days. We would like to handle your complaint as quickly as possible, so that you can quickly enjoy your painting. After submitting your comment or complaint, you will receive a response from us within 24 hours. You can send your complaint with accompanying photo to info@nachtvacht.nl or contact us via our contact form .
